As stated in the latest statistics report 62% (and rapidly climbing) of home buyers begin their house hunt online before ever calling an agent. My husband and I are even a part of that statistic. This means, that by the time a client walks into your home or office, there is a VERY good chance they have spent countless hours going through hundreds of online listings and already have a list in hand of homes they are interested in seeing.

Again I will say this to be true because I have done just that. The listed pictures didn’t show me the true beauty of the home so I closed out at went on to the next listing.

When listing agents are competing for a home, why not go the extra mile for your client and offer them more than the average snapshot taken by most agents? Taking the time to hire a professional photographer will make you stand out from the competition.
